Free Shipping

  • Free shipping within the continental United States for minimum order.

  • Please call for shipping quotes to Hawaii and Alaska

  • Minimum order for free shipping:

    • Saunas: $3,500

    • Outdoor furniture (showers, tiki bars): $2,000

Residential Delivery Fees

  • Saunas: $320 residential drop-ship fee
    (covers delivery appointment scheduling)

  • Outdoor furniture: $120 residential drop-ship fee
    (covers delivery appointment scheduling)

Residential deliveries are curbside / end-of-driveway only.

Accessories

  • Orders shipping only accessories incur a $55 flat shipping fee

Remote Areas

  • Some remote areas or islands may require additional shipping charges

  • Please call to confirm if unsure

Delivery & Unloading Responsibilities

What We Handle

  • Building and packing your product in a crate

  • Arranging transportation to your delivery address

  • Managing all customs and border-crossing requirements

What the Trucking Company Handles

  • Scheduling a delivery appointment

  • Delivering the crate to the end of your driveway or curbside

  • Deliveries are typically made using large 18-wheel trucks

  • Trucking companies do not:

    • Unload the crate

    • Back trucks into driveways

Customer Responsibilities

  • Returning calls promptly to schedule delivery

  • Confirming that large delivery trucks can access your street

  • Unloading the crate from the truck

Crate Size & Weight

  • Crate length: 6 ft to 14 ft

  • Crate weight: 800 lbs to 1,600 lbs, depending on product size

Liftgate Information

  • If the crate is 92” (7 ft) or shorter, a liftgate may be available

  • If the crate is longer than 92”, no liftgate will be available

Unloading Options (Customer Responsibility)

If the crate is longer than 92”, the customer must arrange unloading by one of the following methods:

  1. Forklift or other mechanical equipment

    • Crates must be lifted from the end

    • Forklift extensions are required

  2. Pick up from the delivery terminal using a trailer

  3. Rent a tilt tow truck to collect the crate from the terminal

If you are unable to arrange unloading and request us to coordinate a tilt tow truck, this service is available for an additional $750.

Damage, Claims & Acceptance

  • If the crate arrives damaged:

    • Accept the delivery

    • Take clear photos of the damage

    • Note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
      (“Crate arrived open/damaged – possible hidden damage”)

    • Contact us immediately

  • Missing components or transit damage claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt

Change of Address

  • Address changes before shipment: no charge

  • Address changes after shipment: $250 fee

Storage Charges

  • If delivery is delayed due to:

    • Missed calls

    • Unloading arrangements

    • Address or contact issues
      and storage fees are charged by the carrier, those fees will be billed to the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Please review your order confirmation carefully

  • Changes or cancellations requested after 14 days may not be possible

  • If an error occurs on our side, change or cancellation fees will not apply
