LeisureCraft returns & refunds policy

This policy applies specifically to Leisurecraft products. Other brands distributed through our store may have different policies.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 14 days of order placement with no penalty.
After 14 days, a $65 cancellation fee will apply.
Orders cannot be canceled within 7 days of the scheduled ship date.

Order Change Policy

Orders may be edited or changed within 14 days of order placement with no penalty.
After 14 days, a $65 order change fee will apply.

Examples of order changes include (but are not limited to):

Adding or removing products
Adding or removing options
Changing the shipping address
Changing the shipping method
Orders cannot be edited or changed within 7 days of the scheduled ship date.
After an order has shipped, any request to change the delivery address will incur a $250 address change fee.

Return Policy

All Leisurecraft products are final sale. Returns are not accepted.

This policy exists because returning large, custom-built products across the border is extremely costly.

If a return is exceptionally approved by the manufacturer, the following conditions will apply:

A 20% restocking fee
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in original condition
All returned products will be inspected by Leisurecraft
Leisurecraft reserves the sole right to determine product condition and the amount of any refund issued
